I am a huge movie buff.
I just love going to the movies and researching about them.
I know a lot of actor’s names, the directors, movie production studios and even the composers involved in the films. I get serious about my movies. My husband isn’t as big of a fan, but he likes that we have something to do all the time. During the year we try to go to the local Chicago theaters to see them on the big screen. More often than not we stay home and watch in our living room. I make popcorn, get us different sodas and we smoke marijuana while watching whatever we happen to stream that day. The summertime is the highlight of my day though. The Millennium Park Summer Film Series is just amazing. Every Tuesday they put a movie on the big screen for free. My husband and I brought lawn chairs and set up right on the Great Lawn. We get there super early to ensure our spot is perfect. What is great is that you are allowed to bring your own food and drink. I go all out when it is Tuesday. I make us yummy sandwiches, homemade pizza slices or wraps to eat in our little picnic basket. I buy fancy cheese, grapes, fig spread and wine for us to snack on during the event. I also sneak in edibles as our dessert. I have gotten good with cannabis cooking oil and cannabutter. I have made tasty treats like brownies, cupcakes, caramel bars, fudge and cookies with cannabis in them. It makes a nice little treat during the movie.
