During the summer months, temperatures in Albuquerque, New Mexico soar to 100°.
Summer temperatures are hot and humid.
It’s rarely dry like the rest of the desert climate you see in the southwest. I have to be prepared for the summer temperatures. I regularly have a tune-up performed on my air conditioner by an Albuquerque HVAC business. There are lots of Albuquerque HVAC providers that perform summer and winter tune-ups for a reasonable price. These companies offer a full service special for around $100. I use the same Albuquerque HVAC business for all of my repairs and installation work. The HVAC provider has excellent prices, great service, and friendly and knowledgeable HVAC work technicians. I had a tune-up scheduled on the air conditioner last saturday. The appointment was for the morning time and I plan to take the kids to the Aquatic Center in the afternoon so they could swim for a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the service technician from the Albuquerque HVAC business was late. The guy was supposed to be there between 10:00 and 12:00 and he did not arrive until 1:30. There were some problems with other repair jobs during the day. Since it was not an emergency to have our system tuned up, we had to wait for the emergency calls to finish. We never made it to the Aquatic Center that day. The kids were disappointed that they didn’t get a chance to swim, but at least we knew that the air conditioner was fixed up and ready for the summer weather.
