I have always wanted to have zone control in my South Bend home.
My house came with an old, central Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit that incorporated ductwork to keep the house a centralized temperature! It kind of stunk.
My nice friend and I had a guest room that never needed heating or cooling. There was a laundry room I hardly went in. My partner was mainly in the office plus I was in my room. The home office would need AC, however only during meal prep. I didn’t like it affecting the rest of the house. I also wanted the baby’s room to be a bit warmer than ours… With a central Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit, no one could have customized uneven temperatures, however so my buddy and I just suffered! After my central heating plus cooling unit died, I basically did a little dance. I was super excited to finally replace. I closed off all the vents plus chose to change to a ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit. In South Bend, there are a lot of ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C dealers. I ended up choosing this company that was local to the part plus rated high on google. I had mini splits put in every room of the house with their own temperature control. Since I have zone control, I will never go back. My nice friend and I save so much money just being smart about heating plus cooling. I also care about that I can cook with AC blasting plus my partner has heating in the living room. My son’s home office is the ideal temperature for his age plus it doesn’t affect my partner plus I. It works out so well for everyone. I request zone control to all South Bend, IN homeowners. My nice friend and I have the best weather for it.
