I don’t have a lot of service customers in Orland park, but one customer provides me with plenty of service when it comes to heating and AC problems.
The owner of the laundromat in Orland Park calls me once a week to help him out with a problem.
The owner of the laundromat is only 23 years old. The kid doesn’t really know anything about the machines or the plumbing or heating. The gas dryers have to be serviced frequently. Right now, the kid is paying me to service all of the gas dryers and furnace problems. Just last month he spent $2,000 on repairs. I told the kids that he has to figure out some of this stuff on his own and he told me that the laundromat makes plenty of money. Last week the Orland Park Service customer called me and he was frantic. The guy needed me to come to the store as soon as possible because there was no heat at all in any of the dryers. I told the store owner that it sounded like a problem that was actually easy to fix and I offered to walk him through the simple repair and exchange. The customer reminded me that he was happy to pay for my help. If I did not have time, he was going to call a different Orland Park commercial HVAC service provider. I got someone over there as quickly as possible. I couldn’t respond to the Orland Park service call, but I sent one of my technicians. There was a problem with a hose and it took 5 minutes to fix. I didn’t mind giving the guy a hefty bill for the emergency service since he did not want to address the problem on his own.
