I’m new to the Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance business, then i started our supplier a couple of weeks ago plus I do not have a important supplier plus storage area for all of our machinery.
- I have to keep a low amount of stock, because the items are in our garage.
I officially order items for the job when the purchaser schedules the service, an Albuquerque Heating, Ventilation and A/C service purchaser called our maintenance supplier plus set up an installation for a ductless Heating plus cooling plan with several separate air handlers. I made all of the arrangements with the supply center so the device for the job would be delivered before it was time for me to complete the project, the air handlers plus the ductless A/C unit were supposed to arrive at our lake condo a day before the beginning of the job. I was cheerful to see the delivery driver arrive right plus early, unblessedly, the guy did not have all of the items that he was supposed to be carrying, but he should have had several air handlers and the ductless A/C unit. The error handlers were missing completely. I contacted the Albuquerque purchaser plus explained the problem with the delivery. Thankfully the lady was understanding, then most of the purchasers in Albuquerque understand that service professionals do our best to meet their needs plus their expectations, then she could have gotten exasperated plus canceled service with me. She could have called someone else, however she was understanding plus cheerful to reschedule until the next day when the second box arrived.
