I handle almost $15,000 worth of Heating and A/C repairs each week, and i have a corporation corporation that handles all of the accounting and billing for the heating and AC repair business, however the corporation is down in Orland Park, about 45 minutes away from the address of our Heating and A/C repair business; When the owner of the accounting and billing corporation called myself and others for help, I did not want to say no.
- The guy called because the air conditioning system wasn’t laboring and he wondered if I might be able to help.
I did not guess the guy wanted myself and others to do the work for free. I went to the Orland Park address and fixed the AC within a couple of minutes. I sent the owner of the Orland Park corporation a bill for the total fees on the repair. I charged the patron far less than I would normally charge, because they are that corporation that handles our accounting. When the owner of the corporation gained the bill in the mail, he got frustrated and accused myself and others of trying to cheat him, and he thought he was receiving the work services for free. I tried to tell the guy that I charged him much less than usual, although he did not want to listen, and some of nights later, I gained an email from the accounting and billing corporation letting myself and others guess that I needed to find someone else to handle that paperwork and taxes for the business. I still can’t suppose the Orland Park patron thought I was going to do 3 minutes of Heating and A/C repair work for free.
